1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wastely platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling a waste pickup. You are responsible for ensuring that the waste provided is organic and free from non-biodegradable contaminants (plastics, glass, metals) as outlined in our sorting guidelines.

3. Rewards Program

Wastely offers a rewards program for consistent organic waste contributions. Rewards are distributed at the sole discretion of Wastely and hold no direct monetary cash value outside of the platform's specified redemption ecosystem.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wastely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
